In diesem Spiel schlüpft ihr in die Rolle von Stadtplanern und helft Le Corbusier, der die Stadt in Sektoren aufgeteilt hat, dabei, diese moderne Stadt im Norden Indiens zu gestalten. Ihr versucht eure Projekte durchzusetzen. Wer dabei die meisten Prestigepunkte sammelt, gewinnt.
